Re: Range Day Mauser Infantrie Rifle Mod. 1896

I don't think Lovex powders are available in the UK. We tend to use Unique or 2400. Vitavouri powders are widely available. Bullseye is another popular one.

Re: Nasty weather........

Its freezing here and we have a flu epidemic apparently its Australian flu. I have been flat out with it since Christmas eve. To day is the first day I have been up and about. I still feel like crap. Re: Mauser M45 .22 rifle value.

The dealer will probably try and sell it or he may offer to buy it and sell it on.
I dont know what its worth so I would have to leave it up to him to fix the price.
If it sells he would take a commission on the sale.

I can not make head nor tail of anything in there Duncan its just a load of jibberish to me. Translating it to English makes it even more difficult to understand.
Is there anything like a no gun smithing scope mount in any of the adds.

I have wrapped it up and stuck it in the back of the cabinet with the rest of the keepers that never get fired. I have no idea how I am going to acquire any thing that is suitable for this new club. Apparently they are holding a Cowboy action shoot Sunday morning and I have been encouraged to attend...
