Thanks, Abe. I usually use Sweet's 7.62, which has a high ammonia content. When I'm out of my current stock I'll certainly try this brew.

I'm still getting ooze from my M48's hand guard after twenty or so rounds.

I used the EZ Off method when I purchased the rifle in winter of 2006.
