The rifle was a bargain @ $585.00 shipped, with them normally going for $800.00/$1000.00. The scoped rifle was $1400.00, and is in the low end of the range , some fetch up to $2000.00 with all the toys.

Yes sir Duncan , there both MAS 49/56's but the are both still in 7.5 french.

Very nice Robert, M39's are the zenith of Mosin evolution as far as standard issue military long arms go.

I have 2 of these, ( one is pristine) but would love to see that rifle up close, if it is indeed a Hungarian M52 it could help to resolve a debate on another forum I am on. The stock isn't Hungarian, it lacks the "02" cartouche on the r/h side of the butt stock. I believe the barrel bands ...

1943 Remington 03a4 sniper rifle

Just got my latest addition to my collection unpacked and inspected, and I am quite pleased with it. Its a Remington 03a4 sniper rifle dated 10-43 with the correct M73b1 scope. This rifle has its share of bumps and bruises but it doesn't appear to have not gone through any major arsenal refurbishmen...
