Re: The Buscadero rig
Saturday last I attended an introduction to Cowboy Action, there were some very fancy rigs, probably would have cost an old time cowboy a years wages, Had Wyatt Earp been there he’d have been covered in dust, from rolling on the ground laughing. I didn’t stay long and didn’t have a shot, as I use a ...

Re: Anybody collect typewriters?
I still have a electric typewriter and use it occasionally. Mechanical typewriters seem to last forever, years ago a friend had a small museum devoted to Colonial history, and he acquired an unused Remington of late 19C vintage, all shining black paint, red lettering and gold lining. Re: AND NOW DANISH
Duncan,
I’ve also machined out the old primer on .303 brass, likewise the fixed anvil, drilled another small centre hole then put in a Boxer primer and centred it using epoxy glue.
Works well with black powder and low power smokeless loads, haven’t tried it with anything near hot.

Re: AND NOW DANISH
Duncan, Here’s a sure fire way that we used on .303 military brass. Admittedly we were not short of sacrificial actions but any old action that will accept the case will do as the Danish has a rim. The chamber could be drilled out as the rim will act as a seal. Machine out the bolt head to accept th...
