Japanese T38 with M Crest

This rifle was never stamped with a mum, but an M instead to denote non military service. First one I ever saw. riceone

I have not seen one of those marked like that before. It looks in very nice condition. Being in non military service I suppose meant it had an easier life which accounts for the nice condition. Where did you find that one?
