here you go 0121 4308299 , that's for dialling within the UK you will probably need to add something on the beginning of the number .

Thanks Dave, that was the number I had for him, but when I ring it says that the number is not recognised. I seem to recall when I last spoke with Phil that he was moving to another part of the country.

I just tried the number and got the same as you , I will ask on my club forum to see if any one has a lead .
Andy Allwood is highly recommended he gave a talk at my club , very down to earth and knowledgeable http://www.tfsa.co.uk/

ps update : the fella who I thought might have some more info unfortunately doesn't .

Thanks for your efforts Dave. I spoke to Phil the tail end of last year and he said he was moving house, but that he was still gonna do the bullets. Maybe he changed his mind. Its a pity, I used to have some great conversations with him bout handloading for the older revolvers. His bullets were cheap and good!!!
