I've been popping off some, what I believe is,Polish stuff to try the gun out;to make my life as easy as I can I thought long and hard about how to clean that gunk out with as little fuss as I could.
And I found it-black powder cleaning solvent,I got a bottle of Hoppe's No 9 plus for black powder and I've shot a twenty round packet of the corrosive stuff and cleaned with the BP cleaner with zero problems.
Just swab the barrel until the patch comes out semi-clean,a few passes with a bore brush with more solvent, patches again with solvent until it comes out clean,a couple dry patches, oil and zammo no rust,no fuss
