CZ82 problem

Post by Niner » Sat Sep 29, 2007 9:50 am

Got this CZ82 pistol that the slide would, often, either not fully close on a round or not feed the round into the chamber without locking up with the round about 45 degrees from the barrel-chamber axis.

I got a new spring for it and gave it trip to the range. The new spring seemed to close the slide pretty well but often a round would jam as before, not fully entering the chamber.

I found that one magazine was much more likely to produce the jam, although both magazines seem identical as I look them over.

Any ideas on this?

Haven't tried any different ammo. As you see in the picture, I was using some steel case Wolf imported stuff from Russia. The ammo is not hollow point as I'd otherwise suspect as a problem.

>>>>>>>>>>> But I would suspect the magazine to chamber is where the problem lies. Is the internal part of the mag clean and is the spring working properly - I mean is the round platform rising without any problem?
