It's not an Investarm one it's made by Angelo Zoli.
Comes with 600 .490" balls and a can of FFG powder.
Taking it to the club Wednesday pm

It may not be made by Investarms but the furniture looks identical to a flinter I got from Cabela's made by Invest Arms.

Great addition to your battery. And..... lots of ammo and powder to shoot it with included in the bargain. And from our conversation yesterday on Skype, the price was right too. :D

Yes Robert, itching to go.

I needed to find some ball patches quickly and after a minutes thought I remembered I have 2 x 25 yard rolls of 4x2 flannelette, some of which I have cut up into 34.6mm squares ( width of material 3 )
Going to lube it up with a mixture of Isopropyl Alcohol and Cutting Oil. A bit cheaper than 100 ready lubed patches at 10.50€ / £9.00 / $14 :) :)
Going to start with a load of 3.6 grams / 55.54 grains FFG.

Nice looking rifle. I have something similar. although not as nice looking.
That sounds like a good load. I get 4 out of 5 in a 3 inch circle at 50 yards. Always seem to have a flier.
Black powder is dirty, I like the Pyrodex.

Pyrodex is illegal in France - it is classed as an "explosive" because it can be compacted easily apparently...................work it out for yourselves

Spent an interesting afternoon at the range trying out the new rifle (which might not come my way yet :( )

I shoots R.E.A.L. bullets very well. The only issue we had was that someone has been "dry firing" it and so the caps don't fit the nipple properly..................

A couple of pics.

New nipples don't cost much. In fact many new ones are made to be better and surer firing than the one that came with the rifle. Only problem is getting one with the right thread count.
