Results of testing a heavier Lee R.E.A.L. .50" bullet - 320 grains as opposed to 250 grains.
Load; 3.5 grams of FFF in my Ardesa Evolution
I don't think the results are any better than the lighter bullet and that makes more lead for no gain. I shall revert to the 250 grain one :cool: :cool: .

I also wrapped a thickness of PTFE tape around the breech plug this time and although it was still impossible to take it out at the range it did come out easily after soaking the barrel in hot soapy water for a short while!
