I was hoping for more but when I went back to the shed some lead got trapped behind one half of the mold and I had to pull it apart to clean it out...........needed a beer after that so bugger it for today

If that happens again. Duncan, just try immersing the mould in the lead pot....not the handles though. :D

Been to the range today to give the Enfield it's first outing. What a treat it was. I was only able to shoot at 25mtrs because the 50 mtr range was full of serious .22 shooters. I will be back during the week when there will only be me there and I can check the target when I want to.

Initial thoughts are; What a beautiful rifle this is and how well it performs. :GBR: :GBR:

That's some great shooting!

Your range looks like a back ally.

You should be very happy with the rig.

I didn't see it either, Duncan, because on my screen which was bought for my youngest when he was about 14 (turned 21 yesterday), is a bit small; but by clicking on the pic I can move a small version across the screen and see a small pic showing the loads.
Had me wondering for a while :D

Good shooting, I'd say that your rifle is capable of cutting one ragged hole at that range.

I tend to agree that the rifle is quite capable for one hole groups Just a pity Duncan is not
