Swapped my M17 for this Model 67/89 Swedish rolling block last week, maybe I will use this one in the MAH comp.
It came with a bag of R+P 45/70 converted cases and a set of CH 4D dies and I loaded some indoor range ammo with a 200g cast bullet over 7g Red dot, results were very promising.
Next step is loading up for a longer range with Alliant 2400, probably starting around 16g with some 205g gas check bullets that I have in my inventory.

Very happy with this rifle, it compliments my Swede M96 nicely.

I went with a load of 12.2 g of Unique, because that was what my powder thrower was set at and the Unique was already in the hopper, under a 200g, .324", Lee Silhouette, gas checked bullet.
When I got it zeroed for the 25m range I was quite pleased with the results even though I did struggle a little with the sights.

I know what you mean Dave and I'm finding myself more and more attracted to the European military arms from the late 19th, early 20th Century.

I'm off to the range again this morning to try some more loads for this one. :D
