I was a little surprised to see a Taurus at #2, since they are not known to be well made.
I know because I have one, it works "most" of the time... not ideal for concealed carry..... 
Maybe it's the low price that makes them popular.

Here in France you could 'conceal carry' any of those - as long as it was only the photograph

There are 10 states that allow concealed carry without a permit, the rest require permit.....
