Took a few schnaps of my Cadet today, it's another BSA from later in production with a serial number in the 83,ooo's. The bore has cleaned up reasonably well and slugs at near enough .321" groove .315" bore as close as I can measure it.
Metalwork still carries a patina of rust, which I haven't touched beyond oiling, but the woodwork has cleaned up a little with white spirits and is still soaking up the linseed oil.
It's stamped 6 .12 so a little bit earlier than Aughnanure's BSA.
The later rear sight with windage adjustment, this was seized up but freed off with a little tlc.
The Kangaroo is a bit indiscernible.

Re: Another .310 Cadet
Looks to be in about the same condition as mine. Mine has the earlier rear sight wich is not very good for a accurate sight picture. But they are a fun thing to have a bit play with.
