Range visit for my No:4

Post by DuncaninFrance » Wed Jan 30, 2013 3:36 pm

Having got round to reloading about 80 .303" Sporting rounds I took my No:4 up ton the range at Jonzac. Shot bench rested at 50 mtrs.

I am having problems with the rounds feeding from the magazine. If I load 10 rounds the rifle feeds about 6 without a problem but then refuses to pick up the net 3-4 :( :(
It could be the length of the cartridge ( -4mm from a .303" British ) or perhaps the mags springs are "worn out"

Any ideas? I will try and post a couple of pics soon showing the difference in rounds.
