Harcourt oiler with recessed cap and "Harcourt's Patent" on the dipstick.

Came in the 1916 Lithgow I just stole---no photos yet on the rifle, we had a seven hour blackout yesterday due to swirly rain and 80mph winds from two directions at once.

Or three.

Not all that common either. Those are the things that make looking into dark places worthwhile.

I have had a number of Harcourt oilers all with the recessed screw top but none with the name impressed on the spoon.
