"Shakey's Hill"

Post by BobB1 » Thu Nov 11, 2010 11:06 pm

If anyone has the Military Channel on their TV, there will be a short documentary film about the 5/7th Cavalry with footage from Viet Nam on at 9pm, Friday 12 Nov. The events took place the year after I left.

I was unaware of it. Wish I had the Miltary Channel to check it out. There is a website for the movie. Seems like it is more or less a documentary and made to some extent from film the movie maker took back in 1970 during Nixon's move into Cambodia when he was working freelance for news sources. Seems CBS had ended up with the film all these forty years later.
