Image Linking and Uploading
If you have an image under 150 KB that is a jpeg or a gif, you can attach it to the message through the attachment box beneath the posting window (the window you edit your message in).
Press the 'Choose' button to select the image off of your computer, then press the 'Add Attachment' button to upload it.
If you'd like to link to an image on the internet, you have two avenues available: HTML and BBCode.
HTML:

BBCode:

Posting a pic from you PC
As you can see by my several attempts above....I did get it to work directly from PC. The key is shrinking the size of the pic to get within the 150 KB max. The pic of the M39's above was seriously cropped when I originally saved it a year or two ago. When I tried to post it I got "Must be 150 KB or Less" error. I selected properties on the pic and it was 156 KB! When they 150 KB they ain't kidd'n! I took the pic into InfanView and shrunk it more and it loaded fine using the normal "Browse", "SELECT" and "Open" features that one normally uses to attach pic or file to an email.
I still haven't been able to load using PhotoBucket, but all my pics are on my PC anyway, so I may be able to do away with the online service.

To use photobucket or Picturetrail or other such. You need to post the picture link in the text screen. Go to the photobucket site ,copy the picture address that you find in properties after opening the picture and then use the BBcode in posting here, or just hit the img button you see above the post screen here, paste the picture url, then hit the Img * button that will then appear above the post screen. Then post.
