Dutch M95 Steyr Carbine

I have a carbine marked Steyr 1900 that was put together from a box of spare parts & barreled actions which I have. The parts don't match of course but it is a very nice looking carbine with an excellent bore & bluing. How can I tell which bolt to use in the 1900 carbine? I see them with straight as well as curved bolt handles.
Are there any sources for wood stocks & handguards for these old Dutch rifles & carbines?? I could put together another rifle if I had a stock.

Straight bolt handles were used by the Royal Netherlands Army (Koninklijke Landmacht)
Bent bolt handles were used by the Royal Netherlands East Indies Army (Koninklijk Nederlands Indisch Leger; KNIL)

No 1 O.M. Cavalry ... 1900, production 8,000
No 1 N.M. Cavalry ... 1918, production 18,000
No 2 O.M. Marechaussee ... 1896, production 1,800
No 2 N.M. Civil Field police and Marechaussee ... 1918, production 10,000
No 3 O.M. Engineer ... 1896, production 66,000
No 3 N.M. same users as No 3 O.M. ... 1918, production 24,000. A part of these carbines were transformed to the model No 3 Gewijzigd Model (Transformed model) and No 4.
No 3 G.M. (Transformed model) ... 1932, production 4,600
No 4 O.M. Military bicycle mounted troops ... 1909, production 18,000
No 4 N.M. Military bicycle mounted troops ... 1918, production 600
No 5. Motorized artillery and Antiaircraft guns ... War production, made from rifles, production 36,000

Karabijn M95 cavalerie- there were about 10,000 produced. No hand guard was used.
Karabijn M95 Marechaussee - Military special forces- The Marechhausse first adopted the cavalry carbine but then modified it for infantry use, Production about 28,000. No hand guard.
Karabijn M95 Artillerie- adopted in 1904, production about 3500
Karabijn M95 Engineer- adopted in 1917, production about 1000
There were also O.M. and N.M. versions of these

The Royal Netherlands Navy (Koninklijke Marine (KM) also had thier own variations

Wow, what a selection! After looking at the web pages for an hour I came to the conclusion the little carbine fits into the N0. 3 new model designation. I think Admin. should make this a "Sticky". Great information.
