The leftover potato salad

Postby Niner » Tue Jul 05, 2016 1:08 pm

The best thing to do with leftover potato salad from the 4th of July is to make a sandwich. Spread some mayonnaise on two slices of white bread....don't toast the bread. Spoon on the potato salad and sprinkle with a little pepper. Easy lunch. Tasty too...
