The menu at a famous hotel in Pensacola 100 years ago

Noticed this advertisement in the Pensacola Florida newspaper a hundred years ago. Looks pretty good for the price of a $1. Might skip the creamed calf sweetbread though even though it is called "sweethead". And maybe the red snapper is misprinted as boiled when they meant broiled. The hotel lasted from about 1909 until it was demolished about 80 years later.
