Nobody is posting in the "Gourmet" section but tonight it was time to heat up the BBQ grill and cook some chicken kabobs. Boned chicken breasts cut up into chunks. I like onions and mushrooms to go with them. My wife only wanted mushrooms. Cooked about 20 minutes turning every five minutes. Afterward microwave a bowl with a half stick of margarine with a liberal dose of garlic salt to pour over it for sauce.
