..........Limited Edition beer brewed with wild yeast from the Blue Mountains. I certainly is yeasty and not to my taste because of that. 5.6% Alch.

Wild Yeast is something I had never heard about until seeing this post. Looking it up, seems like wild yeast is everywhere. The Blue Ridge region of the US seems no more likely a location than anywhere else for getting the "best" wild yeast....but what do I know? Wonder if moonshiners ever head of it?
