Lets see some man food ideas. It's been pretty quiet around here for a while.

Here is a Gulf Coast favorite with a Mobile flavor. You can't buy this in a restaurant and no fancy cook is going to make this on a tv cooking show, but it tastes good and is filling. It comes from the days when people in the South were seriously poor and it was cheap to make.
