Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11
Just checked the prices of 7.5x55 and it's around 65¢ (and up) a round delivered, for the exact same
RUAG 591-1100 in your photo.
That's pretty expensive for ammo here too.....

Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11
I bought 40 rounds of PRVI Partisan at a gun fair in July, it cost me $1.18 a round and that was a good price here

Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11
Just won this cleaning kit for K11 / K31 on NaturaBuy but it will be OK for my G11. I am not going to use it - a bit like the bayonet
$22!

Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11

Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11
It's a chamber cleaning tool Vern, the straight part is covered in wire mesh.

Yes, a chamber cleaning tool.
You can see that additional mesh came with the kit too. The pull-through has an opening mid way along it that can accommodate a patch or mesh.
That kit looks like it's in great shape!

DAMN!
Arrived at the range this afternoon at about 2:40 pm and ALL the full bore ranges were taken. All I could do was pay my subs for next year and bugger off home.......

Why didn't you just wait around a while. How many bullets could a Frenchman afford anyway? At least a couple of them would have shot off their dozen rounds and returned home before long.

Re: Schmidt Rubin, Model G11
Works for pistol and .22 rifles but not for full bore. Once they are taken that's the afternoon gone............
