Game Fair

Post by blackisler » Fri Jul 22, 2011 10:22 am

Well its that time of year again when one of the largest Game fairs are held in the North of Scotland .
Moy Field Fair is held every year on the first weekend of August and has one of the biggest clay shoots [over two days] where hundreds of competetors take part over a challenging course of both sporting and down the line clays, I missed last years event as I was abroad ,I am looking forward to taking part this year in not only shooting but also in running a stall for my own rifle and pistol cub where we will be displaying various types of rifle and pistols from B/P hawkens through ww1 ww2 to present day , We will also be doing a demonstration of cartridge reloading . I will also be taking my turn at running the gun dog scurry which my local wildfowler club is running .
So it looks like it is going to be a busy time :D :D :D
