The moon

I started this forum for any collecting hobby and it turned into my camera collecting and using forum. I use it mostly to keep a record of my photo adventures. Nobody but me seems to have photo adventures that visit here....but however. I have so many cameras now that I forget which is which and which ones work and which ones don't. If you have cameras and adventures you would be welcome to post here.

The moon

Post by Niner » Sun Aug 10, 2014 12:45 pm

Now is the time of the year when the moon is at it's largest. The full moon is tonight. Get your zoom lens out and take a crack at it.

I tried out a new camera the other night. It's Canon SX50HS. Part of the Power Shot series. A 50x lens that is about like a 28 to 700 mm lens.

Goodness! That's great!

It's like something in a magazine!

I just checked out that camera Robert. The lens is the equivalent of a 24-1200 mm! The price in the UK - new - is £269.00 / $452
Boy would I like one of those but the wife caught me looking so no chance....................... :( :(
