Re: COLOUR POPPING
Start with the colour image. work on it till you get the colour/contrast etc right and save it.Niner wrote:So.......????? How did you do it?
make a copy of it.
Convert the copy to Black and White.
With both images open drag and drop the Black and White image on top of the coloured one.
You should now have 2 layers with the B&W on top.
Select the eraser tool, size it so you can work easily on the part of the B&W image you want to be in colour.
Carefully erase the area you select to reveal the colour image below.
When complete blend the layers together and there you are - Colour popping.
You can also use this technique to blur an image and just have one part sharp, the blurred image being on top and erased.
This is in Photoshop but I would guess you can do the same with other programmes

Re: COLOUR POPPING
Ok. That seems easy enough, if you have the right software.

Re: COLOUR POPPING
I think that most camera software bundles will have this kind of facility. If not, and you want to be able to do a lot with a small cost I would recommend ADOBE Photoshop Elements as a very good bit of kit for the price. You should be able to buy it on Amazon for a good price.Niner wrote:Ok. That seems easy enough, if you have the right software.
