SECOND PHOTO CONTEST

I started this forum for any collecting hobby and it turned into my camera collecting and using forum. I use it mostly to keep a record of my photo adventures. Nobody but me seems to have photo adventures that visit here....but however. I have so many cameras now that I forget which is which and which ones work and which ones don't. If you have cameras and adventures you would be welcome to post here.

I went back to the first page of this thread and read the rules.
It doesn't seem to specify whether or not the photos submitted have to actually be taken by the person submitting the photo.
It may imply that, but it doesn't state that.
So, is it allowed to submit photos taken by others?
The reason I ask is that "Serenity", Damon Coates, has credited a photo to a "Sgt Kid" in one of his posts.
My guess is that the rules are not specific and there was a misunderstanding on his part. Or am I the one that hasn't got the rules straight?
Either way, I do like his photos!!

Back to you , Duncan.

i wasnt sure if this was allowed or not that is why i said they where taken by "Sgt Kid" so i would not take credit so if it was not allowed it would not be cheating if you like and would be removed if it is wrong i am sorry, the photos where not taken by myself i have not been to iraq but by a family member and i did ask permition from him befor doing so. as far as i am aware when he gets his computer back he is going to sign up and joining in and he's waiting for his F.A.C. so hes going to be looking to see what the best toys are :) if they are not allowed that is fine i will remove them and put them in another post i only did it because i thought they where good pics. i am glad you like them i am sorry if i have caused any problems hopefully he might add some more when he gets on :D

sorry again..
