i have part of the mount and the rifle machining on my k98 trainer for that scope but he sold it the scope and rest of the mounts befor he sold me the rifle why??? god knows
but i wants it lol

According to Military Small Arms by Hogg and Weeks, it looks like a PzB 39 or Panzerbuchse Model 39. That box just to the front of the pistol grip is a five round "quick-loader" for rapid reloading.
