Winchester M67

Probably the most popular caliber firearm in most of the world. Many of us have more than one. They also are very collectible and still cheap to shoot.

Winchester M67

Post by Brass Rat » Mon Aug 30, 2010 7:51 pm

My dad bought this Winchester 67 when he was 13. He said he remembers paying around $12 for it which was no small sum for a 13 year old in 1946. He learned to shoot with it as did myself, Bob, and now my grandson James.

It didn't take long for him to learn how to load and cock it for each shot.

Now that is a picture. Lots of family history with that rifle. And it continues on. That little grandson will no doubt value it as a link to his past one day and maybe his son or daughter will be shooting it one day.

As long as we have a say in it they will. Only time will tell how things play out though.
