I'll have two Bob and a thousand rounds for each.

Don't tell bastard blair when you send them as he knows that patriotic British citizens are far less trustworthy than Afghan/Taleban tribesmen.

The chances are he'd confiscate them and send them to the new "atomic" regime in Iran.

How about One More ??

No, they are not looking for Tony Blairs Helo :D

But I bet if he ever flys in a Paki MI-8, these guys won't care who is in their airspace.

I really like Brens and what a neat little AA setup.

**Edit Note**

In light of current events in Britain, my comment about Tony B was made only in jest. He is going to need all the support he can muster...

I heard that Bren stands for BRno +ENfield as a combo of Czeck and British heads!

Ain't it typical of all armies though. Put the anti-aircraft gun in a nice circle with the gun and crew as the "X" ring?

"...I heard that Bren stands for BRno +ENfield as a combo of Czeck and British heads!

WHAT? ..."

Apparently the original weapon was a Czech design in the early '30s, the Enfield people just took a licence, reworked it for .303" and made it their own (I'll bet they didn't bother to renew the licence when the ownership changed in 1938 :? ).

It seems odd that such a quintessentially 'British' weapon as the Bren was originally Eastern European, but there you go.

Brens, I love 'em

(So, if anyone has a spare that ther don't want and can get it to me, I'm sure I can give it a good home - just don't tell Princess Tony or the Plod)
