Thanks a lot Ian!!!!!!!

I got it apart now, lots of old grease/dirt everywhere.

Will soak everything in lamp oil and than use steel wool and an old toothbrusch

Was on the range this morning, the revolver shoots good with 200grn .452 bullets, but I could not take the chrony with me, it rained cats&dogs here.

Windage was a little off, maybe 4" at 25m, but having a windage adjustable rearsight is areal good thing

They were regulated for 265 grain round nose bullets. Imperial arms used to sell me my hard cast swaged and lubed bullets. Gone now and I've no idea where to get moulds from here!
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy!

There are several sources for the .265grn HB bullets in Germany, but they are expensive. One source is WM bullets and RCBS makes a mould.

If I can get the MkVI to grooup with .452" bullets I use for my 1911A1 and S&W M1917, why buy others?

Lee Precision offers their 456-220-1R conical bullet mold for the Ruger 44 Old Army, P/N 90384. The list price is $26 in the US; don't know about availability overseas. This should be about the right diameter for a Mk VI Webley. Be sure to slug the barrel before ordering a mold to be sure you get one that fits.

Normal .452" bullets work A-OK, so no need for a special mold.

But other MKVI may differ!

Is it difficult to get molds in Germany today?

No, there are several manufacturers of molds here, but I am too lazy to cast my own bullets

And the Haendler&Natermann swadged lead bullets(copper washed and special plastic coating) leave no dirt in the barrel.
