Went to the pistol range this evening, and a friend brought his Steyr pistol to show me. Its stamped Steyr 1916 and is in 9mm Steyr calibre. It has an integral magazine and has a guide slot for stripper clips. The bore is in excellent condition, nice and bright with strong rifling. Other than that I don't know much about these pistols. Pictures are not great, used camera on mobile phone. He does not have any ammo for it, but is considering buying brass and dies to reload some.
