So what do they cost? Get a price? I bet the shipping is pretty expensive.

From India ... wonder if there is any "proofing" of the metal to see what the chances are of any example blowing up in your face? Looks like quality control is not job one from their "factory" photos. I think I'd be afraid to shoot one of those hand made guns....at least first.

Tell you what Robert, they have been making copies of all sorts of firearms in India for centuries - Khyber rifles etc. too.................. Not saying I would buy one without a lot of checking but lets see what happens?

I'd be interested in hearing more of this story. Robert and I were talking about it on the chat today. Noticed several of the master gunsmiths didn't have shoes on in the factory photos. Saw the locks on the doors too... wonder if they have a union?

I imagine the early American gun makers of the Pennsylvania/Kentucky rifles, had some pretty primitive shops too......back before gun steel standards and precision machinery......and electricity, and running water, and ...flush toilets and proofing standards. They did make some masterful collectible arms. Looks like those Indian gunsmiths are living up to the traditional standards for sure.

"Please note all of our items are HANDCRAFTED & HANDMADE and not Machine made."
That should make it fun fitting replacement parts.

The kind of place to give an OSHA inspector a heart attack......
I wouldn't even walk through that place, let alone fire one of those guns........

Well say what you like but I got an e.mail reply to my questions when I switched on this morning which is better than a lot of companies nearer home!

Smoothbore Bake including shipping to France - $450.00

Yes, I agree that the "manufacturing" facility is somewhat "unique" which is where the INCREDIBLE part of the title comes from

Be.......careful. When it comes to firing suspect quality firearms being frugal is not a virtue, you know.

Yes well, a quick email reply does not make up for what I saw on the web site.
Not my type of gun manufacturing. To each his own......
