Re: Armi Sport Le Page in .45
Yeh, that's the idea that got me started. The main difference is that the Le Page's hammer is offset so the gun's balance on the support is different.
Think I am going to add a little piece to keep it in place plus some felt to protect the finish.
Will post pics when done.

Re: Armi Sport Le Page in .45
OK, finished it. It seems sturdy enough but will know better when I have been to the range, maybe Wednesday if I can fix the leak in the Gite shower - AGAIN

It's not patented Martin, help yourself. Do you want dimensions?
Wednesday is cancelled - the shower needs more work

Here you are Martin, give me a shout if you need any more info. By the way, the vertical support is held in place by 2 screws through the base and some wood glue. The aluminium is extra bracing.

Just had a reply from Pedersoli - my Le Page was made and exported to France in 1996 so the Year Mark should be BH

Re: Armi Sport Le Page in .45
Asked the same question about my Armi Sport Le Page.
I sent an E-mail to Chiappa Firearms in Italy yesterday evening.
Had a reply early this morning.
My Le Page was manufactured in April 1993 en exported to "Frankonia Jagd" in Germany that same year.
BTW.....fantastic pictures Duncan.
Met vriendelijke groet,
Martin
