Certainly needs Brown Sauce, my preference is Daddies but I can manage HP without any problems. Can't get it here so have to import it twice a year when friends come over.

When I was on missionary work in Birmingham - ENGLAND that is :roll: - I remember driving down the Aston Express Way and smelling the HP being produced at the factory next to the road :D :D :D

I looked it up too, Vern. Seems HP comes in a bottle like A1 and but isn't exactly like A1.

It's always the HP in our house. Sausage & chips and lash on the brown sauce. ;)

Don't forget that other American sauce. Goes good with fired pork chops. Cheese Burger in Paradise too....
