I have been trying to get my hands on one for a couple of years now. They always go for silley money here so I always get outbid - UNTILL NOW!
It is in very good condition. Clean bore, no rattles when closed and good wood. Metal is showing loss of bluing but should clean up quite well.
It's serial number suggests an early 1950's production I think.
Cost $140.

My brother got one of those in .410 for his sixteenth birthday in 1960. I used it as well through the 60s. His son used it also until he fired it with a blockage in the muzzle. He was crawling under a hedge stalking a rabbit and inadvertently got some soil in the muzzle. The muzzle bulged and split and ended up looking like a muzzle brake. I am not sure if he still has it or not.

What my dad called a good honest gun, he didn’t have much use for doubles and could get off a second shot out of his single barrel H&R ejector, very fast.
He learned to shoot with single shots as his father couldn’t afford a double.
