The WWII plane that is still operating all over the world

Saw this video linked on facebook by a WWII paratrooper. There are at least a few WWII C47 planes still with their original configuration engines flying around the world. Several countries still have them in their military inventory for use in several different ways. Russia even made a copy of it for several decades. In the present day many of the still flying planes have been refitted with turbo prop engines to give the plane more speed and greater range. But amazing that more than a few airplanes made in early WWII are still flying around with refit and furbish at maybe more than a few junctures per plane over the decades.
