Looks like it is resting on the bottom....at least one side of it. Got a feeling bailing won't help. Other historic military ships are actually sink proof. The USS Alabama battleship is sitting on the bottom and is surrounded by shallow water to appear to be floating. The submarine Drum use to be situated right next to the Alabama but a storm pushed it up on what had been dry land. Now days it is in a cradle on dry land.
