Milsurp After Hours

Every year there are the celebrations. Count down to New Years from New York and Times Square on TV. There will be New Years parties and fireworks. In Mobile they will have the Moon Pie drop at Midnight. Somehow.... this song always crosses my mind. I have a bunch of the Clancy Brothers records from many decades ago. Do we celebrate getting another year behind us or having another year ahead of us? But as the song points out...does it really matter?
