The Kodak Extar H35 is a half frame film camera. The most amazing thing about it is that it is made under the Kodak banner and came out new last year. I picked one up off of Amazon for $35. It has a brown cover and there are other colors and the camera, although otherwise identical can vary $5 or so depending on the color you select.

It's a plastic wonder with a plastic lens. 22mm, 9.5, 1/100 with a maybe sharp image at a couple of yards and beyond. It has a builtin flash run by a triple A battery.

I couldn't resist having one. I took it out today to see what it would do. Results....every shot came out. The flash worked as good as could be expected. No hitches at all. Images not great but for a plastic lens and each half the size of a normal 35mm negative I was happy. In the house flash photos sometimes right on lighting and sometime not...which is to be expected with such a flash. Outside the images seemed a bit underexposed but correctable with a litle Irphanview. There is no film speed indicator but camera is suggested to use 100 or 200 speed film. I didn't do anything to the images shown before posting.
