Rear Sight
This sight showed up a few years ago and I reccomended then that the sight be sleeved with brass tubing from a hobby shop anduse the existing shaft.Do not modify the rifle work with the sight.Will

Brewstop-Thank you for your post.I live in the state of Washington,USA.The Envoy is a fairly rare bird in the USof A,although there are some snipers made available through surplus sales.My Envoy is one of the 1970 Palma guns(regulated by Fulton's).I have shot it a bit but have not worked up anything...

Powders
I have had best results with Varget and Reloader 15.Howver,4895 4064 should give good results as well.Other than match bullets I find the Hornady 165 softpoint boattail to work out very well.I would suggest the new Redding dies with the K31 chamber configuration.Will
