wow i have the same rifle exept on mine it doesent say its a toz 18 only year of made witch is 1965 and i dont have the scope base or maybe its not a toz 18... see for yourself http://i53.tinypic.com/fd55cg.jpg http://i55.tinypic.com/30960w2.jpg and under the year it says made in USSR. serial number...
