Top one is a Faz 55 unfired came out of the mummy wrap (before I got it-wish it was still in it, but never mind.) :-) Middle one is a Longbranch 1943, but looks like it was never issued :-) Bottom one is 1943, been in a private collection since 1960 so not much use. Looking at Gunbroker, I see this auction http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=89115584 The seller says this about it... Receiver markings are no5 mk1 3/46 v2010 its marking are very faint ,and this is not a typical jungle carbine as it does not have the hole drilled in to bolt or speed...

Club near Spennymoor

I took a couple of work colleagues shooting the other

week, and they want to join a club and shoot enfields!

Result!

They live near Middlesbrough and I know I've seen people here talk about shooting at Spennymoor so...

does anyone know of a club in the region that I can pass on to them to join?

I'm using 39gn of 2520 in my 303s.

It meters well, and gives me 2-3" groups out of my SMLE and No4 at 100yds.

In fact I bought all that the NRA had on the Saturday of the trafalgar meet :-)
