This rifle had a Cut Off fitted. It had been broken off but the piece with the screw hole was still attached.
Many SMLE's not only had the cut off retained but they also had the Volley Sights removed........

Just checked it over and it is in excellent condition. It had a broken magazine cut off but I replaced that this afternoon.

Collected it today and shot 10 rounds on the shops 30 mtr range. More images to come soon........

It used to be on display in our Gîte. Finally got it out of store and it's now in the hallway outside the lounge. 21 in all, no where near Roberts
