Perhaps its not techally a "registration," but they keep your info on file at the state police and local police. In my opinion the "safety inspection" is a load of crap, its just an excuse to verify the info that you report on the green card. At my PD the civilian clerks just che...

Hello, I just picked up a new for me K31. It's a '41 model. I had a '51 prior to this but decided that what I really wanted was an older model. This one had a tag.
