Good that you, at long last, got it and had a chance to shoot it. Getting and shooting a new milsurp used to make me feel like a kid on Christmas.

Just checked it over and it is in excellent condition. It had a broken magazine cut off but I replaced :D that this afternoon.

If I remember right, at some juncture, the magazine cut off was considered obsolete and when the succeeding generations of Enfields were made and the cut off deleted, in arsenal Enfields, with the cut offs, had the cut offs removed.
