A fry up pie? Sounds disgusting...black pudding? That's some kind of concoction with pork blood isn't it? Never work in the US.
Hospital food in the US isn't all that good either....but at least you can recognize what it is. And.. better than in that UK hospital being it's chief good point. Could it be UK hospitals offer really awful food because of socialized medicine and they are taking it out on the non paying patients? A case of "shut up and eat it. You didn't pay for it. Take it up with your elected political representative if you don't like it. "
