But we had one of those Gulf coast winter days that come along now and again. Heated up the old grill in the back yard. Pork chops on the menu. Just me. The wife and grown kids went out to the Chinese place.

I never would have guessed it got that cold in France. Grape growing area and all.

-3ºc = 26ºf and 0ºc is 32ºf

26 degrees seems warmer than -3 degrees however you slice it. Why is it that temperature has to be expressed differently in different parts of the world?

I just looked at the picture of the thermometer for the conversion of C to F or F to C.
